Ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons MSG (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 ½ lbs chicken pieces
  • Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Blend the egg with the milk.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together and dip the chicken in this mixture, then the egg and milk mixture.
  3. Dip the chicken in the dry mixture once more.
  4. Fry at 325 degrees F for 13 to 15 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
