  • 2 large chicken fillets, no skin or bones
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ½ oz flour
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 burger buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 lettuce leaves
