4 skinless chicken pieces
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup cornflake crumbs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups buttermilk
Preparation:
Soak the chicken in the buttermilk in a sealed Ziploc bag or covered glass dish for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Throw the buttermilk away.
