Ingredients -
1 chicken, chopped into serving sized pieces
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon steak sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups buttermilk
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cups vegetable oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
Preparation:
Combine the flour with the onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper and flour in a shallow bowl.
Beat the eggs in a different bowl and whisk in the steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce and buttermilk.
Dip the chicken first in the buttermilk mixture, then in the seasoned flour.
Dip it in the buttermilk mixture again and then one more time in the seasoned flour.
Heat the vegetable oil to 375 degrees F in a big skillet and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes per side or until it is cooked through and golden brown.
